Charisa Sigala

Charisa Sigala is from Rancho Cucamonga, California. She holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She is a teammate of Tatiana Suarez and feels that training with her has made her game better. After playing sports and cheerleading in high school, Sheila got into martial arts by practicing Tae Kwon Do. She is very comfortable standing and feels she is a very well-rounded complete martial artist. Her favorite post-fight meal is the tresleches cake from Portos Cuban Café. Charisa is a huge bookworm, loves sci-fi and is a fan of both Star Trek and Star Wars.
